This hanging lamp is 12" tall and 8" across. It's made plastic and has assorted black and white Laurel and Hardy (silkscreened?) scenes all around it. The chain is 68" long. It does work but probably should be rewired. It takes a standard sized light bulb-not included. There is black electrical tape on the on/off switch. There are some scratches and one small divot that can be seen in the last photo. The top edge has some rough edges. Still charming!
