There are some historical references with this clock. Gates P. Thruston can be researched here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gates_P._Thruston

I have no information on Mrs. Thomas Graham Hall.
The clock runs very well. It has been in storage for approximately 50 years. The movement is clean and was recently lubricated. A video of the clock running and striking the hours can be seen here. https://youtu.be/tWwNqmtu4y8
The clock is 13" tall and 9" wide with a 4" porcelain dial. It weighs 20 lbs without packaging.
The only flaw I can find on the clock is a 3/16" crack on the edge of the front glass. I have attempted to show it in a picture, but it is not easily seen. You have to be looking for it to notice.
This clock is listed in the 1977 Roy Ehrhardt Clock Identification and Price Guide on page 138 at $545. I will start the bidding at the 1977 price.
