This is for a nice antique fob seal made by Voyez who was a French potter who worked for Wedgwood around 1770. This is the very seal as featured on page 185 of 'Western Writing Implements'. Its rare to find these signed seals and it is in absolute excellent condition with no damage to it anywhere, there are no chips or cracks, its just as you would want to find it. It has the letter M in the centre with a border of flowers all finely engraved into the matrix and it measures 20mm x... 18mm on the matrix and it stands 20mm nearly 1" tall.
