Lovely Ultra Rare 313 Mabie Todd & Co New York Dip Fountain Pen Huge 14ct Gold #7 Nib - Patented August 14 1877

Black wood base is in good overall condition with no cracks or chips.
The shaft or nib holder is gold with nice patterning. It is in good overall condition apart from a tiny ding on the side.

None - this is a dip pen
Trim / Clip / Lever Etc Gold not sure if plated or solid gold but I see no signs of plating loss so I assume it might well be solid gold Nib Condition Large sized number 7 Mabie Todd New York nib in very good overall condition Nib Size Fine tip with rather nice flexible action as shown in the photos. Faults / Blemishes / Overall Condition This is a really rare pen and in excellent condition.
The nib is a rather rare oversized model and has a nice semi flex action.
