This is a Penguin lighter that has an emblem for the Assault Craft Squadron 1 Surf Riders. Along the edges of the emblem are the words "Dependability, Initiative and Cooperation." It was for the AC Div 13. This Vietnam era lighter is near perfect and unused. This unit is still based in San Diego per Google. Nice piece.
