Marvel Super-Heroes #131st appearance of Carol Danvers (who later becomes Ms Marvel & then Capt. Marvel) - 2nd appearance of Captain Marvel - 1968 - Key - Overstreet Guide value approx. $240/£190 99p START & NO RESERVEA very bright and glossy higher grade US cents issue. The square bound comic is complete, lies virtually flat and is tight to both staples. Interior pages are a supple off white. The cover shows just minor general wear/stress/blunting and several mino...r surface/handling marks/indents. The comic would be high grade but for an indentation line/ridge running down the back cover (probably caused by the book having been partially bent/folded at some point, but which has virtually flattened out again now and shows no sign of any colour-break or surface damage - I doubt it can be seen in the scan). There are no notable creases or rips, tears, chips, stains, stamps, pen marks, tape repairs or signs of restoration. A very nice looking copy of a Mega Hot Marvel Key (that I purchased as a Very Fine-) in I'd say at least overall Fine+ condition (6.5).STRICT GRADINGI've been collecting comics for over 40 years.
