This is an original Hubley 4 Cylinder Indian Traffic Car 11 ½” long circa 1934. The motorcycle is in a very nice and strong original Hubley Red paint on the motorcycle and crash car trailer with gold highlighting on the 4-cylinder Indian nickel plated engine exhaust on the passenger side, gold highlighted on the carburetor, horn, and kick start on the driver’s side. The toy has the original driver with flesh color on the drivers face. The toy is marked raised letter cast in“HUBL...EY” on the back of the traffic car trailer. The Indian Stickers on both side of the motorcycle are worn and missing age. There is a very faint hairline crack on the right front fender of the traffic car trailer about 1/2" long, it is cosmetic and does not distract from the toy at all, besides that there are no cracks, breaks, or chips in the cast iron. The original nickel-plated tin wheels with large hubley rubber tires are correct and in very strong condition. This is an very good example of this tough to find large Hubley Traffic Car Motorcycle at a very reasonable starting bid.
