Incorporated 1849 <<<, Eagle notary Stamp , cast iron , needs work >> The plunger is quite tight and does not return to the open position when used...When I tried to print a sample of the stamp , I had to put about 12 thicknesses of paper to have it print , I will add a copy of the results , once closed I slid a knife in between the paper and pried the stamper to the open position , best to know all this........ , please look at all the photos as they are a Good representation of the condition , cast iron , needs work Shipping and insurance will be $20 ........Thanks for looking, ask Questions as needed..
