Up for auction is antique Qing Dynasty 19th C Chinese silk embroidered woman’s robe.
Beautiful robe with red ground and colorful blues used for floral blossoms and bats for happiness. Lovely brocade borders and in overall good condition with wear expected from age. Minor tearing and loose threads mainly to one upper shoulder area but little to no losses.
Back looks nice as does the green interior.
Measures 54“ inches across from sleeve to sleeve, 29“ inches from top to ...bottom and 27.3“ inches across the bottom (137.2 cm, 73.7 cm, 69.3 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a unique gift.
