Medium size unique artwork by Mid Century Modernist Artist Harris G. StrongTitled: Form II ***I assume the title is Form II, though it could be Torn II or something similar. It's very hard to tell due to the artist's unique handwriting style. See picture 4 for closer details on this subject.***Hand signed "H Strong" and titled by the artist himself in gold color pencil to match the subject matter above.Features Shadow Box 3D design.Well known for his tile artwork, this piece is an... interesting departure from Strong's more common media, and has likely never been available for sale before. This piece cannot be found on any gallery or foundation website, or through google searches. Extensive research has been done and nothing has turned up, so it's very likely that this is a truly one-of-a-kind piece from the artist. The STRONG INCORPORATED logo sticker is located on the back and matches up with other known pieces from his corporation, so it's very likely that this is a 100% authentic item made by the artist himself.Overall excellent condition, with no damage to the painting or frame's front/back side. The glass frame on the front has a very small amount of residue from a sticker or something like that, but it's almost unnoticeable.
