I offer you an antenna presektor from the English family CLANSMAN.
The presector was designed to cooperate with radio stations of the VRC321 type, as well as later with other shortwave radio stations, used in the British Army and friendly armies.
The presektor has been conceived as a universal unit, for which it is not necessary to connect (in addition to the W.CZ connection) to the radio station.
The offered presektor was used as a pre-postsektor, i.e. I work at the same time... when receiving and transmitting, thanks to which during the transmission additional filtering of the output signal is provided and on reception due to smooth tuning the device is tuned to the exact receiving frequency.
Due to its design, the device has excellent parameters in terms of attenuation of undesirable frequencies, and in the lower bands, attenuation reaches 70dB.
The pre-selector tuning is done in such a way that 50 ohms load is built inside.
In the TUNE position, the device is working on load, it is possible to smoothly adjust the preselector with the variable capacitor in the OPERATE position, the signal output turns on and the mechanical interlock is activated, which is important in the car, because it does not get stiff from vibrations.
The preset has a shielded coaxial input and output in the form of BNC connectors.
Specified range of the preselector work is 1.5-30MHz.
The nominal power of the radio, which cooperated with the presektor was defined as 25W, however, the VRC321 radio station delivered about 40W of power and had the AM range, also the pre-head has a significant power reserve.
NOTE: The offered preselektors were used for operation of multiple radios from one antenna (of course at different frequencies), i.e. they allow, for example, broadcasting and listening on two different bands.
We checked it with a 100W transceiver and work without a problem.
Of course, tuning must be at a lower power level.
The device offered has the possibility of working with a match of the type γ (gamma), π (pi) or L.
The switchable operating mode switch allows you to select one of these options and at the same time there is a fast calculator on the front panel, which makes it easier to tune the 4 m long GP antenna depending on the frequency, set the desired frequency and set up the selection.
In the tuner there is a tilt adjustment indicator that tunes to the largest deflection of the pointer.
The tuner has a shielded, coaxial input and 2 outputs: shielded, coaxial C50 output and output on the back panel in the form of a terminal for the antenna cable.
The device has been made extremely solid and uses the highest quality elements.
The internal variable capacitor has a gap between the plates of 3 mm.
The whole structure of the device is made on a solid aluminum chassis.
The housing as well as the front plate were made in the form of 2 pressure castings.
The device after twisting is hermetic. As it has been designed to work in military vehicles and in building conditions under the open sky, the tuner offered is resistant to rainfall and has a silica gel-filled patron. This patron is a moisture absorber that protects against condensation inside the device.

Offered preselektory are in very good condition, however, due to the fact that they were mounted on vehicles, have splashes of paint, as well as minor scratches that do not interfere with their normal use.
