Original Description:
A good quality Marine chronometer case plus original eight day dial and original bezel. all pieces fit together as they should. N.B. There is no movement with the other 3 pieces.but would make a very substantial chronometer if you have an eight day movement to fit to the original back plate which is still attached to the rear of the dial.The dial is in good clean condition, as is the bezel and case.I believe Bute Dock was built in Cardiff and financed by the Scottish 3rd Marquis of But...e who gave his name to the dock, a joint venture between Wales and Scotland.
