Up for your consideration is this rare, outstanding, Art Deco, beautiful Noritake, Nippon porcelain pincushion figural footed box. Made in period of 1921-1933. All hand decorated, with blue luster for the lid and base and clown half doll sitting on the top of lid.inside is original cushion attached under the lid. The pincushion box is standing 12 cm or 4 3/4" in height, 9.5 cm or 3 3/4" in a diameter at the widest point. Weighs 0.174 kg. Excellent, near mint condition, no c...hips, cracks or any restoration, a few fine scratches, as seen in pictures # 9 & 10. Marked with Noritake, # 13 red M mark. For the reference Mr. Morikawa's book" Masterpieces of Early Noritake", page # 36.
