The clock has a brass case with a side door on either side to get to the movement, it has a classic lantern clock look to it with a hook and spike designDialThe Clock has a 6.5 inch diameter silvered dial which has engraved roman numerals on a silvered chapter ring and its original single steel hand, to the centre of the dial it is engraved with the makers name of W&T Woodyear of Sarum 1784MovementThe movement is a original 18th century single weight driven lantern clock movement with its anchor escapement and comes with its original pendulum, the movement keeps time and strikes the bell on the hoursCondition ReportThe clock is in great condition for age and in full working order, please have a good look through the pictures as well as the description to help you with any condition issues.
