A VINTAGE WESTERN & WOLLAND, BERMONDSEY, LONDON, BLACK GLASS GINGER BEER BOTTLE dating back to the 1900's or perhaps earlier. On the rear below the shoulder is MAKER, DAN RYLANDS, BARNSLEY. Around the base are the words THE PROPERTY OF, WESTERN & WOLLAND, BERMONDSEY, NO DEPOSIT CHARGED. The heavily embossed crudely made cork stoppered bottle stands 17cm high and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION being clean with full sparkling gloss sheen to the glass surf...ace, having no dull areas, chips, cracks or hairlines. I am pretty sure that this bottle has NOT been dug up because the condition is so good. I am quite happy to combine purchases for buyers to help save money on postage and shipping etc. Please forgive my poor pictures in this instance as it is very difficult photographing black glass bottles.
