The following Script is the rough draft of the ORIGINAL THEATRICAL SCRIPT. Script is leather bound bound with left side 2 hole punch, fastened with brass brads Screenplay based on book written by: Jerome Robbins
This is from an estate, son says his mother was connected with the original Broadway production.
Here are further details....Here is some information about Mary McGlone, who w...as given the copy in the mid to late 50's. She was well connected withthe stage community and knew and hosted many celebrities. My mother was a nurse who befriended her and her husband, Bill, after getting to know them thru Ellie Weckbaugh, also a prime mover in the Central City Opera. My mother was a private duty nurse for Ellie in the 70's and then took care of Mary after her husband died in the early 80's. She had no children and left her estate to my Mother which is how the manuscript came into her possession and then mine, upon her death in 2012.
