1950 Buick Special Jet Back Sedanette100% original paint and 95% original interior. No cancer(rust) anywhere. Car was pro built in 2016-2017 by The Hot Rod Barn in Iowa andfeatures a Twin Turbo 5.3 LS, 4L80e trans and 9” rear, it did the 2700 mile HotRod power tour as a new build, it runs terrific and Hauls A** This car drawsallot of attention wherever it goes and is mechanically sound-needs nothing buta new driver. Approx 9-11k miles since build. Body: very straight and origin...al patina, gas door has adent, I do have a new in box NOS one that goes with the car. This car was fromIowa originally. Minor dent top of drivers fender, no other major - minor dents worth noting, trim and glass is beautiful, bumpers andgrille minor patina to the chrome but have not been re-chromed. Hood openseither way to the side from Buick. Frame stripped and painted while body offand underside of car cleaned and truck bedliner material sprayed on underside whileoff frame, heat mat under carpet. Interior: Original seat covers in good shape, top of therear has had a vinyl panel replaced/sewn in 6” or so wide, slight water stain on oneside (upper seat) and minor fray on driver seat upper other than that seats areoriginal & in great shape, newer carpet and seat belts. Factory radiodelete car, has working a/m under dash A/C and heat unit, 12v charge ports, originalgauges modified/used with the engine and all but speedo work, wipers convertedto 12v New Port Eng. and new blades. Car rewired with American Autowire, alllights and signals work. Cooler in trunk converted to hold battery, has charge lugsand cut off switch hidden on front. Suspension: 4 wheel disc brakes, Hydro-boost m/c and pwrsteering, 4 path air ride suspension, Slam air bags front and rear. Air Lift 3h and 3s blue tooth controller, 5 Gal ait tank hidden and 2 Viair compressors, Ridetech HQ adjustable proshocks, dropped uprights in front and rebuilt a-arms. Steering converted toSaginaw 500 power box (custom fabbed mount) and original column shortened and stock steeringwheel retained. Rear frame includes modified rails w/4 bar suspension. Frontframe lays out and rockers are 3/4" off the ground at bottom aired out. Engine: 5.3 liter LS with LS6 cam and springs, On3 perf 55mm turbos 80lb injectors Holley Mid height intake and Holley rails with 92mmsniper TB on point, pressures set up with 10lb waste gates dumped into exh. Snowperformance methanol injection and controller on turn lever. Stainless headersmodified for power steering and ceramic coated, Dynomax mufflers 3” sys. Allthe way to rear bumper (quiet) Top street aftermarket serpentine belt system inclwater pump and A/C compressor. Aluminum radiator and A/C cond. Dyno pullsapproaching 550 care free rwhp. This combo doesn’t miss a beat, standardmaintenance req’d and 91 Octane fuel sold everywhere.Transmission: Overdrive 4L80e (computer controlled) and 3200stall Circle D convertor. Has a/m cooler, shifts great. Rear end: 9” 31spl 3.50 Eaton posi. and quick perf axles.Custom drivelineWheels / Tires: Detroit Mobsteel 20” wheels, custom vintageBuick logo caps and WW tires.
