Extremely rare Illinois Bunn Special 23 jewel 16 size hunting pocket watch in stunning condition. The fancy engraved "nugget" style Philidelphia 20 yr. yellow gold filled case is extremely crisp, tight, and shows no other screw marks. The model 8 Bunn Special 23 jewel movement with the second pattern fishscale damaskeen is gorgeous. Marked 23 jewels, jeweled barrel, adj temp and 6 posns. 50mm diameter. Serial 2577560 circa 1913. Dial is flawless except for 1 nearly imperceptible hairli...ne at 11. Stem wind, lever set.
