Original Description:
Up for auction is a rare scaffold ratchet in good used condition.  Ratchet adjusts from forward to reverse easily, and ratchets super.  A 7/8" Industro USA 12-point socket was welded inside of socket to ratchet shaft.  it works well and is super sturdy.  The welder did not weld the socket on square, so the socket, when turning, does not spin true.  This does not bother the operation of the tool, but I want to disclose.  No markings or initials on tool. &nb...sp;Stamped:  SNAP-ON N2949.  8 1/2" long.
