HiIhave for sale the most beautiful but rare fully restored solid brassFrench cloisonnéenamelcrystal regulator mantel clock with the wooden mahogany top andbottom in great original condition with eight day striking on a bellmovement. Thisclock is quite rare as it has the genuine cloisonné enamel pillarsfeet and dial surround plus the matching pendulum. Thisclock is a genuine French antique clock made in France around1890-1910.
TheCaseThecase is in solid brass and mahogany top and ...bottom standing 11”high x 6” wide with a depth of 4” it is in very good/perfectoriginal condition and has been very well looked after over theyears, with mint thick bevelled glass on all four sides.
TheDialThedial is in white/cream porcelain all set off with black Arabicnumerals and gilt ornate hands.Thedial again is in original condition never restored and 100% originalto this clock with hand painted swags of flowers.
TheMovementThemovement is an eight-day time and strike striking the hours andhalves on a small sweet bell and keeping great time just having beenfully serviced.Thetime is regulated by an enamel pendulum in the shape of a basket offruit a piece of work in it;s own right.Thiswood design version is a rare case style but 100% correct as is thisone on eBay item number below.
