Expo '58 in Brussels featured a reconstructed African village populated by real people shipped over from the Belgian Congo and it will be remembered as the last one in the history during which a so c...alled "human zoo" was exposed followed by the huge criticism of the press and the many visitors.
The document here for sale belongs to one of the Congo native people that took part to that infamous group exposed during the exposition in Belgium.
