RARE 1948 Israel pair of Local Council Nahariya Emergency Minisheets MUHMinisheets released during the tranisition period of the formation of Israel before official postage stamps were produced. These are for local use, released by the Nahariya Council. One has a By Sea cancel. Full gum on back. Condition as per photos.
