Original Description:
This is 2 bottom marginal strips of 12 of the Australian Victoria S.G 458 1/2d rose carmine emergency printing full monograms with perf 12 x 12 1/2.  They are die III although labeled as Die I and Die II.  They are Mint Never Hinged, and have a watermark Y over the Crown.  The watermark is inverted in both.  Both strips show uneven vertical shift due to perforation variations.  They also both have the full marginal 'Victoria Duty' Watermark.  They are very... rare monogram strips.  They catalog at L144 in the Stanley Gibbons catalog.
