Large Rare Antique Macbeth Ships Identification Light With Blue Lens

This is a large copper, Macbeth Color Identification Light, made in New York, N.Y. with patent dates between 1917 & 1922. It has a brass plate with the model number and under the nameMacbeth, it describes the company’s products as “Equipment For The Scientific Production Of Daylight”. The lamp weighs about 20 pounds, stands 17”tall, with a 17” diameter base. It’s all brass and had cleaned a small spot, to show how it would cleanup. It also has paint ...splatter, that seems to come off when cleaning and has the original blue glass lens. I believe this model was used on ships over the chart table. It would take some elbow grease to get it cleaned up, but would be an incredible light, when polished and rewired. This will be a large heavy box, but will return any unused shipping funds.
