The 1890 3¢ postal stationery card , printed in error on the URBANO blue formula for the 2¢ cards. Uprated with an added 12¢ stamp, and sent registered form Jalapa (indistinct date), via Mexico City (March 28, 1895 cancel), and New York (April 4), to Crefeld, Germany (April 16 receiver).
