A Wells Fargo PAID 10 CENTS (small letters) frank on a cover with laid paper and no lining, addressed to San Francisco. Mexican postage paid with a 5¢ 2780 MAZATLAN stamp. Short tear at top, left of stamp – see scans below. Note slightly reduced at left on opening – see back scan below.
