Actual First Day of possible usage of this American Issue 30 ore value as March 13th, 1945 was the first day that this particular issue of stamps were actually available to the public at Godthaab.  I have had in my collection only 2 of these usages - both to Canada - and have not seen any others.All FDC's that you see with full or partial sets and the odd single etc. were "officially back dated" to Feb. 1st of 1945 when the set was printed in New York.Censored cover with charity s...eal and faint "Passed By Base 95 US Army Examiner" tape.
