THIS IS LOT NO.453 FROM OUR SEPTEMBER SALE CONDITION - Very GoodCOUNTRY - British EmpireDESCRIPTION - A particularly fine Stanley Gibbons New Imperial Stamp Album Vol2 - for all stamps issued to Empire countries 1840/1936 - ...Mauritius to Zanzibar. Album is fine and complete with apx 460 pages and the benefit of an untouched and unpicked original period collection within QVic to GV mint and used - wonderfully clean throughout. Estimated around 1000 stamps present and probably more. All lots must be paid for within 5 days of sale ending. We are largely a Vendor based Auction and our clients have to be settled within 7 days.2. Please, always wait for us to invoice you before paying. Invoices are generally sent through immediately after the sales end - sometimes the following morning. This is so we can combine postage rates for you and add Insurance/Registration costs where necessary.3. All sendings to UK addresses over £40 will be sent recorded delivery - a fee of £1.10 will be added to your invoice unless the item is courier sending - in which case insurance is included. All sendings are sent 1st class Royal Mail or UPS/IPOST/YODEL Couriers.4. All sendings to outside the UK over £40 will be sent International Signed for and Registered Airmail - a fee of £5.30 will be added to your invoice unless the item is sent courier - in which case insurance is included. All sendings are sent Royal Mail Airmail or UPS/IPOST/FEDEX Couriers. All invoices however small will include an option to send registered post. 5. Please note for sendings under £40 outside the UK, unless Registered Mail or Courier is used, there is no tracking with your sending - so if you wish to have tracking on your sending please bear in mind that standard Airmail does not provide this facility. It is your decision to have/not have tracking for items purchased under £40 and you must make us aware of this should you want this facility. Royal Mail charge apx £5 extra for this service - it is not standard with Airmail sendings. Sendings to Canada over 2kilos - All parcels are sent Courier - so please let me know if you want this service to be Royal Mail as I am aware of Customs issues. Royal Mail however is more expensive to send and on request, I will send you an invoice with their Postal Charges.6. We are unable to send Registered Post or Courier deliveries to P.O.Boxes. That is not our choice, unfortunately this is the decision from Royal Mail and all UK Couriers.7. Our postage rates are the exact charge from Royal Mails tariff + 50p postage and packing. All sendings with the exception of flat sets and single stamps/covers are sent in a quality Jiffy bag/Box. We do not set the rates and cannot change them - they are Royal Mails not ours!8. All items are posted within 48 working day hours of cleared payment. We do not work weekends with the exception of answering emails. Please note that once your item shows as dispatched, it should be with you within 48 hours for UK sendings and 7 days Worldwide. Please always come to us 1st should your parcel not arrive before going to EBAY. There is generally a good reason why a delay has occurred especially with courier sendings.9. Problems - we always act fairly and honestly where a problem arises. There is never an occasion where the customer is not left satisfied with an outcome. Please note we are only human and do make mistakes from time to time. PLEASE TRY NOT TO OPEN A RESOLUTION CASE unless you are dissatisfied with what we have said. Once a case is opened, EBAY take the funds and all mediation has to go through them taking away the control of the transaction from both parties. It is always a slower outcome and process - in the rare event that a problem happens we always act immediately and in the customers favour.10. And finally....... all our lots out of fairness to our long standing customers are held on a three or five day Auction finish.
