fine multi franked cover arriving 23rd November, after the British Post Office had closed so only with Chinese arrival cancel. The cover was sent from Tientsin two weeks before the British Post Office closed down (a military office re-opened in 1927). Both the registration handstamp and the despatch cds are later than those suggested in Webb or Proud
