This is an AMMCO 1000 Pound torque wrench model 1150. I am not sure how old it really is. My father had this wrench in the mid 1960s. I used it several times personally. Its' condition is not like new, but it is in good to very good condition and has been well taken care of over the years. We used it exclusively on Allis Chalmers crawler tractors to torque the bolts on the truck frames and the retaining nut on the final drive output shaft with a special torque multiplier. It come...s with a 1" drive to 3/4" drive adapter. It is fairly long at 48." It does have a handle that is removable if the roll pin is drilled out. I don't know if it is true, but it might help with freight if the wrench is broken down into two 24" pieces. However, If it is a true collectable, this might reduce its value. I will quote a basic shipping cost. If it is too much, and you want me to try to reduce the shipping cost, I could try breaking it down. If this action works I will refund the difference.
