I don't know how old this item is but it has a lot of original patina to the paint and seems somewhat old.There are small hairline cracks in paint on feet. I don't know if that means the feet have been glued back on or if it is just the paint.Has a place to tape a business card o...n front.I do have 2 other 10 inch statues that seems to be from exact same mold/casting, see my other items for sale. This item comes from the estate of a retired Anheuser Busch Employee/Salesman and the owner of Bess B International Company Burbank, CA.Bess B International also makes the Budweiser Pocket Pals that are also for sale, also very rare one of a kind item. See my other auctions.This 10 inch Statue has original paint and has the business card of original owner.
I do not know what material this is made out of.It seems to be either wood or a casted material. It has almost a metallic feel to it. The best view of what this might be made out of is looking at the bottom of the feet. Heavy weight for its size. I was told this was a one-of-a-kind item by the family of the original owner. After an extensive search and investigation I found no other similar items for sale or items that have been sold.If anyone can find a previous sale of this item please let me know and I will change the claim that this is a one-of-a-kind item.Statue does have a few areas where the paint has chipped off but no serious defects.
