Antique Art Deco Dancing Nudes Majestic Electric Radio Radio Lite - Tenna - Lamp Or Light. I believe they call this an external antenna light. Working radio topper light with amber celluloid shade. There are three lovely nude dancing nymphs on the celluloid shade. Also on the shade it reads " Majestic Electric Radio - The World In Your Home." Marked on the metal base " Radio Lite - Tenna - Pat. Pend. " It has an on / off pull chain on the metal base which does work properly. From my re...search this is possibly made made by The Aerial Insulator Company but not marked as such. It has it's original a/c cord with North American plug. I have added a 15 watt bulb so I could test if the light works and it does. I will included this bulb with the lamp. I am not sure what watt light bulb was originally used in this light. This cover on this cord is frayed. I believe it is missing the external antenna wire? The celluloid shade has been split. I super glued it back together and if you sit the shade properly to show all three nudes and the advertising for Majestic Radios in their proper positions the tear is underneath one of the metal columns and does not show. Some black paint loss. Measures app. 10" tall x app. 4 3/4" diameter on the green felt covered base.
AS WITH ANY ANTIQUE ELECTRIC CORD I SUGGEST ONLY USING THIS WHEN YOUR PRESENT OR REPLACING THE CORD WITH A NEW ONE.
