ITEM(S): 1978-79 O-PEE-CHEE hockey partial wax box - 29 of 48 packs presentall packs are sealed and ex/mt to near mint conditionthe corners show a little wear at worstNOT...E: there's a factory error where there's a small cut on the side of all the packs wax wrapper (lower right of front side, see images), cards are not damaged inside any of the packs because I opened a pack and none of the cards were damaged inside were the cuton the wrapper was, I also pulled a Mike Bossy #1 highlight, so there are star cards.All of the packs have this small wrapper tear but it's a factory error and none of the cardsinside the packs are damaged from it. Same case with a 1986 topps hockey partial box I have up for auction right now.the display box is in okay condition, one corner is taped, there's tape on the top lidroller marks show but I found suspicious heat marks on the back so I think they are tampered with/resealedthe gum seems stuck and not sliding around in the packsI didn't search the packs, I don't know if they have been searched eitherGOOD LUCK ON BIDDING!NO RETURNS ON OPENED PACKS!
