This auction is for a antique 1913 U.S. Military commission/document signed by PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON and SECRETARY OF WAR Lindley Miller Garrison (see pictures of signatures). Document dates to 1913 and measures 19-1/2 x 16 inches. Signatures are hand signed.Condition: Document is in wonderful condition but does have fold marks from past storage.
