Wonderful find. THE PINCUSHION MAN is a 1935 animated short film produced by IWERKS as part of the ComiColor Cartoon series.
The cartoon is about a place called Balloon Land, whos residents are made entirely out of balloons!
The PINCUSHION MAN is the main antagonist. He's the terror of Baloon Land.
Watch for cameos from Laurel and Hardy, Charlie Chaplin as balloons.
