Vintage Spalding Gold Medal Autograph Baseball Bat. The pictures speak for themselves! This awesome antique bat is close to 110 years old!!! Originally sold in retail stores, and through mail-order magazines, between 1909-1911. Made with the same specs as Samuel “Wahoo” Crawford’s game bats. Sam “Wahoo” Crawford, a man who narrowly missed the 3, 000-hit plateau, was one of the top hitters in baseball during the early part of the 20th Century. The Hall of Famer remains the all...-time leader in triples (309) and is the only player to reach 300 triples or more in a career. It is 35 1/8” long. The only condition issues are, it has a minor crack on the end of the barrel (See photo), some minor dings and scratches, and some tape glue residue on the barrel.
