Here is a FANTASTIC Vintage 1898 MARBLES No. 5 Hatchet With Original Blade Guard.  Signed on the blade, "Marbles, Gladstone MI, USA, No. 5" as well as on the blade guard, "Marble Arms & Mfg. Co., Gladstone, Mich., USA Pat'd. 1898."  EXCELLENT condition as shown!   

Size is 10 3/4 inches long

This came out of an old estate in Western Pennsylvania.
