This original impressionist painting was completed on a canvas panel and was signed by the artist on the lower right, Bill Luminiello. The painting was not dated. Judging by the patina on the back panel of the painting, I am estimating it to be from the 1950's-1960's time period. This vibrant impressionist painting captures the autumn season i...n New England in its full glory, with the colorful fall foliage highlighting this mountainous landscape.
This painting is in excellent vintage condition. Under a black light it shows no signs of paint loss, in-painting or repair. Unframed the painting measures 12" in height x 16" wide and together with the original gold wooden frame it measures 14 1/2" x 18 1/2".
