Items come from donated estates, local families and yard sales. I do not know what kind of environment items came from unless I note it in the listing (ie. nonsmoking, pet free, etc.). We pride ourselves on our prompt shipping, normally within 1 business day if auction ends before 1pm when our post office closes, else we ship within 2 days. We can add the cost of insurance to our handling charge for breakable and costly items.
Do we combine shipping - you bet we do. Just email at the end of the auction if you have multiple wins and wait for an invoice before you pay.
We prefer not to ship internationally, but can. International buyers will pay all shipping at the US Postal priority mail rates plus a $5 handling fee. International shipping can be expensive so please bid accordingly and email for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding!We appreciate payment as soon as possible, but within three days of the end of the auction unless contacted for special arrangements.
Our refund policy is to issue a refund of the auction amount, so bid with confidence. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
