Vintage 20th Century American Solid Silver cigarette case, of typical rectangular form, the back engine-turned, the front beautifully hand enamelled depicting a beautiful lady on a white background, stylish and very seductive. The hinge is tight and clasp is very strong, clicks when shut.The interior bears a memorial inscription "From Assistants of Scott & Saxby, March 1960". Hallmarked "STERLING SILVER" (for 925 Standard), probably American, the pictorial maker's mark is unknown to m...e.
