This is the Beaulieu 4008ZM Super 8mm camera and top of the line in high end Super 8mm movie cameras. The ZM is considered to be one of the best in the Super 8mm film gage and it's in excellent operating and cosmetic condition. The camera comes with the special high end Macro focusing Angenieux 8-64mm, f/1.9 zoom lens with the special coating for anti-glare, anti-reflection and sharp picture contrast and is one of the sharpest lens in the Super 8mm film gage, featuring a...uto/manual zoom, auto/manual exposure, and the camera runs at film speeds of 2-70fps frames per second, variable shutter for fades and c-mount to attach prime lenses. This camera also features built-in film exposure settings of 10-400ASA for wide range of film stocks, accepts 50ft film cartridges, and is ideal for shooting with the Pro8mm professional quality Super 8mm color negative, and other available color negative and black&white film stocks, which are favorites for Music Video Productions and Super 8mm feature films.
The Beaulieu camera is one owner outfit from estate sale in excellent cosmetic condition along with nice clean lens optics, and good operating condition when it was last used.
