Original Description:

Plaster head.  I believe circa1940s.  Marked 131.  Approximately 14" high, 5" wide.  Generally goodcondition.  Crazing on the cheek, past paint retouch work throughout, large chip at base of neck as seen in photos.
Presents well.  Priced to sell.
