Great estate doll offered for first time from the family who consigned it to me and has always has also owned her. The Grand Daughter of the original owner never had her restored and has been kept wrapped up in a box for many decades. Unfortunately , she does not remember where the wig and clothing or shoes went ( she believes that may have been lost when moving Europe over 50 years ago. She is 16" in size with markings on her hear BRU JNE and the number 5 at bottom of neck. She is als...o marked on bisque shoulders Bru Jne. on one side and No. 5 on the other. One bisque finger is broken and missing. Leather body needs attention as shown and one arm is loose from body. Head has no cracks, chips or repairs. Have done research and have arrived at what I believe is a fair price. I know this doll is very desirable and needs some work but I see that some have sold for over $ 20, 000.00. In full disclosure, I am not a doll expert so any meaningful information that should have been added I will add from those collectors who will certainly know more about this doll than I do. Shipping will include insurance and custom built wood box for safe delivery.
