This item is a Kenner 1977 Star Wars 12 Action Figure Long Header Store Display used on top of the lon...g handing displays that sold each Kenner figure. It has its original cardboard and matte printing attached. This is one of the rarest Star Wars series action figure displays, one the most sought after Star Wars display, and in our opinion one of the most aesthetically pleasing. This piece is among the less-frequently seen of the vintage display group. It measures approximately 36" x 12" and was meant to be hung above a sizeable store grouping of the first twelve figures. With its pyramidal "Action Figures" logo and photos of the first twelve figures, its basically a horizontal re-working of the twelve figure hanging sign. It has a unique appearance among its counterparts. A similar AFA Graded 9.0 Bell Display sold for around $19, 000 in 2014 and who can say when more of these displays will be available on the market. Its condition is fair even though it is a cardboard display which is almost 50 years old. You can see the actual item and its complete condition in this auctions photos.
