Selling a pretty rare and nice book with the case! The book dose have some ware and discoloration on the two hard cover pages on the outside, but nothing major. All the pages on the inside of the book are in great shape and about every single page has lots of cool images and diagrams of Frank Lloyds work. The case dose have some water damage and marks, but it’s too be expect...ed for something so old and it has kept the book in very nice shape. Please look at all the images for exact conditions!
