235 x 170mm. 431pp. with 24 colour plates by Cecil Walton. Bound in the publisher's original decorated boards. 1914 ownership signature to the front blank.
Condition
A slightly damaged copy. The binding is a little worn to the spine edges and corners, otherwise generally bright and sound. Internally, front and rear hinges cracked but sound, front end paper detached and chipped at the edges, occasional light pen or pencil marks, with one plate affected, some browning to the edges of a few pages, otherwise generally tight and clean.
