Looking to part ways with my F122. It's a phenomenal keyboard, but I still prefer using my F XT because the F122 is a bit big for my taste. I bought this keyboard from a user on the Deskthority keyboard forum, who performed the following modifications: new foam, repainted the barrel plate black to remove any rust/corrosion, ANSI mod, and added in an xwhatsit controller, allowing this keyboard to be used with any computer that has a USB port. The xwhatsit also lets you... easily remap keys and even set macros/keybinds for the extra function keys on the F122. The only thing I've done in my brief ownership of this keyboard is add a set of blank dark grey/industrial blue reproduction "XT" profile keycaps from Ellipse over at modelfkeyboards.com. I will include these keycaps, as well as the mostly original set of caps with this keyboard. However, some of the keycaps that had to be changed for the ANSI conversion (left shift, enter, etc) don't quite match up with the originals. Not super noticeable, but I'd like to make the buyer aware of this. Some of the original keycaps also have fading/missing front legends due to the front legends being printed instead of dye sublimated. This board is in great shape and only has minimal wear/imperfections on the plastic case, but given that it is over 30 years old, there are some minor flaws which I've tried my best to photograph.
