Vintage Napco 1956 C3282 Lady Head Vase Feather Hat 5 1/2”. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. She may have one finger repaired and has a brown paint mark on her other finger. Yes it is dust on her, I am just blowing some of the dust off and not totally cleaning them, I do not want to damage them, the buyer can clean her.
