Red Jacket Deep Water Well Pump U21-U22 with brass cylinder, WORKING, ORIG. Condition is Used. Red Jacket Deep Water Well Pump U21-U22 with solid brass cylinder, WORKING, ORIGINAL conditionThis pump has not be rebuilt nor repainted; therefore, very rare in this condition!Weathered patina except for a spot of original red paint in 3rd photo.76" high to top of shaft54" high to top of handle assembly 24" high to top of spigot32" length of pump handle to attachment pinBrass cyli...nder is 19" long x 3 1/2" diameterThe base of the pump is bolted to a heavy steel green collar which fits over my steel well casement (pipe)and has 4 square-headed set screws to center and hold the pump on the casement.I estimate that the steel casement of my well is 6" diameter.Pump was connected to brass cylinder with 80’ of PVC pipe with steel drop rod traveling inside PVC pipe (PVC pipe not included). (80' of steel drop rod in joined sections of 20' is available as an option if the buyer pays to include in shipping).The drop rod connects the thick pump shaft and descends to connect to the brass cylinder so that when you pump the handle, the cylinder works up and down.There is an additional ~4' of PVC pipe and 4' of steel drop rod connected to the brass cylinder (in photo).This pump is in excellent condition and it was pumping water when removed from service from a deep well.
