This is the Whipped Cream Bowl with Bow Handles and a Separate Underplate from Fostoria in the Blue Fairfax Pattern - one of the elegant depression patterns and made from 1928-1941. The bowl measures approx 7" from handle to handle x 1 7/8" tall and the underplate measures approx 8 1/2" across and both are in good pre-owned condition with no chips or damage.
